With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in empowering women over 40 to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Jodi is also the creator of the Fit Forever Ladies app, designed to provide accessible, effective workouts and support for women navigating fitness in midlife.
Her approach emphasizes strength, confidence, and sustainable wellness.
